The Subject Is To Provide Transport To Children Attending Primary Schools In The Pawłów Commune By Purchasing Monthly Tickets For Children And Students And Their Guardians In The Period From September 2, 2024. Until June 30, 2025 During Full-Time Learning At Schools, Excluding Months Of Distance Learning (If Applicable). The Scope Of The Order Includes Travel For Children And Students Based On Personal Monthly Tickets, Understood As The Childs And Students Travel From The Place Of Residence To The Indicated School And Return From School To The Place Of Residence After Finishing Classes. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Set Out In The Annex To The Specification: Annex No. 1A, On The Basis Of Which There Are Timetable Guidelines. Monthly Tickets Will Cover The Following Routes For Transporting And Dropping Off Students During Stationary Learning In School Buildings:Psp In Godów, Godów 56 - 19 Ticketspsp In Radkowice, Radkowice Kolonia 5A - 12 Tickets (Including 1 For 5-Year-Old Children )Psp In Pawłów, Pawłów 89 – 22 Ticketspsp In Chybice, Chybice 50 – 83 Tickets (Including 5 For 5-Year-Old Children)Psp In Szerzawy, Szerzawy 104A – 83 Tickets (Including 3 For 5-Year-Old Children)Psp In Łomno , Łomno 20 – 48 Tickets (Including 4 For 5-Year-Olds) Total 267 Tickets For Students/Children (Including 13 For 5-Year-Olds) Guardians – 18 Tickets. Total 285 Tickets. The Number Of Students Transported In A Given Month Is 267 Students In A School Year. 2024/2025. The Number Of Students May Change In The Event Of: A) A Change In The Number Of Children Living In The School District Within A Given Transport Route; B) Due To A Change In The Students Place Of Residence; C) Changes In The Provisions Of Education Law; D) Changes In The Organization Of The School Year; G) Changes To The Teaching Plan At The School(S), Changes To The Lesson Plan On Individual Days Of The Week That The Ordering Party Could Not Predict On The Day Of Signing The Contract; H) For Other Reasons That Could Not Be Foreseen At The Time Of Signing The Contract; I) The Student Changes School. The Given Numbers Of Tickets For Children, Students And Guardians Are Valid On The Day The Order Is Announced And May Change During The School Year, As Well As The Locations Of The Stops. The Contractor Will Not Claim Financial Compensation If The Amount Is Different Than The Estimated One. The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transport Of Children And Students To Primary Schools In The Pawłów Commune Will Be Carried Out As Part Of Regular Transport On The Basis Of Personal Monthly Tickets For Children And Students In The Period From The Beginning Of Preparation.
