The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Batteries And Accumulators For Specialized Equipment In The Quantity Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. Manufactured From Elements Manufactured From Scratch, Without Any Use Of Components Obtained From Other Products Previously Used, From Current Production, In The Manufacturers Packaging, With The Manufacturers Trademark Indicating The Expiry Date And Indication Of Origin, Delivered In The Original, Intact Packaging. All Instructions And Labels Must Be Prepared In Polish. The Characteristics Of Individual Products Within The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Equipment As Part Of One Delivery (Individual Task), I.E. Without Dividing The Delivery Into Parts, To The Ordering Partys Warehouse And Will Ensure Their Unloading. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Document Entitled Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Task No. 1 - Delivery For The Communications, Flight Insurance And It Services, The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
