1. Part No. 1. Installation Of Heat Pumps.1) The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation, B) Replacement Of The Heat Source With Ground Heat Pumps With A Capacity Of 120 Kw, C) Construction Of A Lower Heat Source; D) Construction Of A Room In Which Heat Pumps Will Be Set Up.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer. Bills Of Quantities Constitute An Auxiliary Element When Estimating The Value Of The Contract. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Facility And Familiarize Himself With The Issues Of The Task Before Submitting An Offer. Any Doubts, Even If They Would Have Financial Consequences, Should Be Implemented By The Contractor At The Cost Established In The Agreement. Signing The Contract Is The Final Confirmation Of The Adopted Provisions Contained In The Agreement, Stwiorb And The Project. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.2.3.
