1. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Carrying Out An Inventory Of Trees, Including An Assessment Of Their Condition Along With Care Guidelines, B) Preparing Thematic Maps And Entering The Inventory Into The Szablon.Mdb.2 File. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Quality Standards Of The Work Performed Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.3. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1605, As Amended), The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Employ Under An Employment Contract In Accordance With The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465) Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order And Carrying Out An Inventory Of Trees, Including An Assessment Of Their Condition Along With Care Guidelines. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting And Verifying The Employment Of These People, The Employers Rights To Control This Employment And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Included In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide This Order Into Parts, As Such A Division Would Pose The Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties In The Execution Of The Contract. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. Entering The Tree Inventory Results Into The Szablon.Mdb File And Forwarding It To The Ordering Party For Updating And Re-Entering The Submitted Data Into The Inventory Results Could Be Chaotic And Would Generate Unnecessary Errors. These Works Require A Lot Of Concentration Of People Who Will Work On This Topic From The Beginning. People Making Measurements In The Field Provide Information To Those Responsible For The Inventory On An Ongoing Basis And Enter Data On An Ongoing Basis. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 300,000.00 To Finance The Awarded Order.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. Subcontractors: All Regulations And Requirements Regarding Subcontracting Were Included By The Ordering Party In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
