The Subject Of The Order Includes A Facility Administered By The Municipal Infrastructure Board In Słupsk. 2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract Under Options.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Cleaning Works And Winter Maintenance, Described In Detail In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Including: 1) Cleaning Works - Sweeping Alleys, Paths, Hardened And Ground Stairs, Sweeping Farm Yards And Hardened Surfaces Next To Garbage Containers, Emptying Trash Bins Park, Ongoing Collection Of Waste, Chemical Spraying Of Alleys With Paved And Ground Surfaces With Herbicide, Cleaning Of Concrete And Paving Watercourses, Mowing Lawns On Flat Areas And Slopes, And Mowing Weeds And Grass Between Graves Along With Raking And Taking Away The Mow, Raking Grass And Sandy Paths And Passages Between Graves In Leaf Plots, Including Removal To The Disposal Site, Cutting Lawn Edges, Removing Weeds And Self-Seeding Trees, 2) Winter Maintenance Of Alleys And Stairs - Clearing Snow From Alleys And Stairs, Preparing Passages For Funeral Processions And Other Activities Specified In The Annex No. 8 To Swz.3) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Optional Scope Of The Order Does Not Constitute A Contractual (Including Financial) Obligation Of The Ordering Party Incurred At The Time Of Concluding The Contract, And The Anticipated Optional Scope Of The Order Is Not Guaranteed To Be Implemented, 4) The Option Right May Be Exercised Once Or More Times During The Order Execution Period And Will Depend Solely On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party.
