The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Development Of A Draft Local Development Plan For The Area Located In The Area Of ​​Chemiczna, Srokowiecka And Budowlana Streets On The Border With The City Of Katowice In Siemianowice Śląskie, Together With An Environmental Impact Forecast, And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation Of Documents.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 3 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E.
