The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Cleaning, Maintenance And Checking The Technical Condition Of 34 Oil-Derivative Substance Separators And 18 Sedimentation Tanks At Rainwater Pretreatment Points In Suwałki In The Municipal Stormwater Sewage Network, Together With The Collection And Disposal Of Waste Code 13 05 08* (Mixture Of Sand Trap Waste And From Oil Dewatering In Separators) In Accordance With The List Of Separators (Appendix No. 1 To Swz). The Contractor Who Will Perform The Service Will, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act, Be A Waste Producer And All Obligations Related To The Generation, Transport And Management Of The Generated Waste Rest With The Contractor. The Service Provider Will Be Obliged To Keep Waste Records On Record Cards And Waste Transfer Cards In The Bdo Database. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Confirmation Of Waste Disposal In The Form Of A Waste Transfer Card.2. Scope Of Order: 2.1 The Service Of Emptying, Cleaning And Assessing The Technical Condition Of Separators Includes: 1) Removal Of Petroleum Compounds, Sediments And Water Accumulated In Separators; 2) Removal Of Contents From Separate Settling Tanks, If Any; 3) Cleaning Of Individual Separator Chambers, Including Dismantling And Cleaning And Installation Of Filter Inserts, As Well As Cleaning Of Settling Tanks And The Inflow And Outflow From Settling Tanks And Separators; 4) Creating Photographic Documentation Of The Cleaning Of Each Separator And Settling Tank: A) Photo Of The Separator/Settling Tank Before Cleaning - Empty, B) Photo Of The Dismantled Filter Cartridge - Before Cleaning, C) Photo Of The Dismantled Filter Cartridge - After Cleaning, D) Photo Of The Separator/Settler After Cleaning And Installation Of Filter Cartridges - Empty, E) Photo Of The Separator/Settler After Cleaning, Flooded With Clean Tap Water;5) Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of The Structure And Its Components, Including Floats And Fastenings And Connections In Separators;6) Filling The Devices With Clean Water Before Starting Them Up To The Overflow At The Outlet;7) Tidying Up The Area Around The Separator;8) Transporting Waste With Unloading For Disposal - Waste Considered Hazardous (13 05 08*) With Using Specialized Vehicles That Meet Adr Requirements;9) Waste Disposal Or Transfer To Waste Disposal Plants;10) Preparation Of Protocols For Cleaning The Device And Waste Collection;11) Providing A Waste Transfer Card (Condition For Completing The Service);12) Providing Photos Of The Service Performed (According To Point 4).
