The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of A Former Kindergarten Building, Along With Obtaining An Administrative Decision Allowing The Construction And Providing Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled: Adaptation And Change Of Use Of The Facility Located In Mikołów At Ul. Waryńskiego 28 A.” Note: The Building Is Entered Into The Municipal Register Of Monuments.1.1. As Part Of The Order, It Is Expected To Develop Design Documentation Covering: A) Construction Design, Multi-Sector, Together With An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of The Building - (4 Copies In Paper Version + Electronic Version) B) Technical Designs In All Industries (4 Copies In Each Version) Paper + Electronic Version): - Structure, - Sanitary Installations (Heating, Water And Sewage, Hot Water, Gas); - Electrical Installations - Low-Voltage Installations (Access Control, Work/Stay Time, Telecommunications, Rtv-Sat) C) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates Divided Into Industries And Departments, Collective Cost Statements (2 Copies Each In The Version Paper + Electronic Version) 1.2. The Basis For The Development Of The Design Documentation Are: - The Reconstruction Concept Agreed With The Ordering Party, - The Obtained Śkwpsp Resolutions On Alternative Fulfillment Of The Buildings Fire Safety Requirements - Current Legal Provisions2. Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Specific Regulations, Including In Particular Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit.3. Participating In The Tender Procedure For Selecting A Contractor For Construction Works4. Exercising Authors Supervision By The Designer During The Implementation Of The Works, Including Cooperation With The Contractor Of Construction Works In Order To Carry Out The Procedure For Completion And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Participation In The Procedure For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.5. Transfer Of Copyright To The Design Documentation By The Designer To The Ordering Party.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To Swz6.1. The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Together With All Studies, Should Be Prepared In A Paper Version (In Accordance With The Quantities Indicated In Point 1.1), As Well As In An Electronic Version In An Editable Form And In Pdf Format On An Optical Media: Cd/Dvd, Ms Office, (Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate Investors Report In An Electronic Version On An Optical Medium In A Cd/Dvd In An Estimating Program Enabling Opening And Processing In The Norma-Pro, Norma 3 Rodos Programs).6.2.
