Type 31We Railway Vehicles Owned By The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Level 4 Maintenance Activities For Railway Vehicles (P4) Along With Additional Activities For 2 31We Vehicles Owned By The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Hereinafter Referred To As Vehicles And Other Activities Specified By The Ordering Party Covered By The Option Law. 2. As Part Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Works Always Performed Within The 4Th Level Of Maintenance (P4) Of 31We Railway Vehicles In Accordance With The Guidelines Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. Under The Option Right, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replace The Monoblock Wheels And Brake Discs Of The Rolling And Driving Wheel Sets On The 31We-049 (Ed78-029) Vehicle With New Ones. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Optional Order Together With Information On The Rules For Awarding The Optional Order Are Specified In The Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz, Paragraph 10, Sections 1-7).
