Expression of Interest are invited for Enhancing Energy Resilience to Climatic and Natural Hazard Risks in Papua New Guinea The objective of this assignment is to develop an energy resilience investment plan based on technical; financial; institutional; and policy recommendations on enhancing the climate resilience of power infrastructure in the New Britain Island of PNG; mainly in the Gazelle grid. This objective can be achieved by i) undertaking climate risks assessment to evaluate climate-related natural hazard risks; identifying high-priority areas in which power infrastructures are highly susceptible to those risks; identifying hazard and climate-pertinent vulnerabilities within power infrastructures; and recommending and prioritizing climate-resiliency interventions.
