Chemical Products – Supplies Of Sequencing Chemistry For Instruments From The Manufacturer Ilumina For Lf Mu - Framework Agreement 2024 - 2026. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Supplies Of Sequencing Chemistry For Devices From The Manufacturer Ilumina For The Workplace Of The Faculty Of Medicine Of Masaryk University, Specified In Detail In The Technical Conditions Of The Contracting Authority And Carried Out Under The Commercial Conditions Specified In Annex A Of The Procurement Documentation. As Part Of Its Instrumentation, Masaryk University Has Instrumentation Suitable For Performing Sequencing Using The Next-Generation Sequencing Method, Namely Sequencers From The Manufacturer Illumina Inc., 5200 Illumina Way (Formerly 5200 Research Pl), San Diego, Ca 92122 Usa. Specifically, These Devices Are: Illumina Miseq, Illumina Nextseq 500, Illumina Miniseq And Illumina Novaseq 6000. The Client Is A Member Of The National Center Of Medical Genomics (Ncmg), Which Is Designed As A Distributed Research Infrastructure Of Genomic Laboratories. Within This Research Infrastructure, Individual Members Share Their Instrument Capacities. As Part Of These Instrument Capacities, The Client Plans To Use Novaseq X/X Plus Instrumentation, From The Manufacturer Illumina Inc., Which Is Available From Another Member Of This Infrastructure, Specifically At The Faculty Of Medicine Of Charles University In Prague. Appropriate Sequencing Chemistry Fully Compatible With Existing Instruments Is Necessary For Proper Next-Generation Sequencing On These Instruments.
