The Offered Accessories Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Of Good Quality And In Accordance With Applicable Standards. The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Order Using Standards, Therefore The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Offered Assortment Is Functionally Identical And Is As Close As Possible In Terms Of Structure, Composition, Materials From Which It Is Made, Sizes, Etc. For The Products Listed In The Assortment List. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Assessment Of The Equivalence Of The Solutions Offered By The Contractor With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Swz Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Comparative List Attached To The Offer. Such A List Should Be Prepared In Tabular Form And Attached To The Offer.
