Expression of Interest are invited for Consultant for Technical Studies of APS, APD, the Development of DAO and the Supervision of Wash Installation Work in Schools and Health Facilities in Greater Lomé International Development Association (IDA) a financing of one hundred million (100,000,000) dollars The main objective of the consultancy services (Services) is to develop technical studies of Summary and Detailed Preliminary Projects (APS, APD) and the DAO for the construction of sanitary blocks (set of latrine blocks including urinal and hand basin) and the establishment of menstrual hygiene health services (SHM) in selected schools and public health centers, taking into account environmental issues (air, water and soil pollution) and social issues (gender, age, people with reduced mobility, etc.).
