Interpretation Services – Language Mediation On A Permanent Basis. This Is A Service Contract For 8 Language Mediators (3 Language Mediators For Arabic/Kurdish; 3 Language Mediators For Ukrainian/Russian And 2 Language Mediators For Russian. The Jobcenter Essen Has A New Customer Area (Nkb) And An Integration Point (Ip) At Berliner Platz In Essen. The Location Is Therefore Berliner Platz, Essen. The Required Language Mediators Can Be Booked Freely At Various Times Using An Available Booking List. The Discussions Take Place In The Individual And Advisory Offices Of The Nkb/Ip This Involves Support In Customer Discussions In The Area Of Applications For Sgb Ii Benefits, Benefit Matters Or General Matters In The Area Of Job Placement. The Language Mediators Support The Jobcenter Employees In Communicating With People With A Migrant Background Through Expert Interpreting And Mediation Of Socio-Cultural Questions On Site. When Capacity Is Available, The Language Mediator Stays In The Entrance Zone Of The New Customer Area In Order To, If Necessary. To Provide Linguistic Support. During Their Presence, The Language Mediators Have The Opportunity To Stay On Site. The Contractor Must Also Ensure That The Service Is Provided During The Planned Or Unplanned Absence Of The Language Mediator. The Language Mediator Used Must Arrive At The Required Location On Time. Proof Of The Presence Of The Language Mediators Is Countersigned Daily By An Authorized Person From The Jobcenter In The Nkb/Ip. The Language Mediators Will Be On Site Every Day During Opening Hours And Can Be Booked Freely As Part Of A Booking List From The Nkb And The Ip. The Attendance Times Per Week Are 6 Hours From 9 A.M. To 3 P.M. (Monday To Thursday) And 4 Hours From 9 A.M. To 1 P.M. (Friday). If Free Times Are Available, The Language Mediator Must Stay In The Entrance Zone To Provide Support. The Contract Term Is From January 1St, 2025 To December 31St, 2025. The Working Days Can Be Found On The Lot And Price Sheet.
