The Subject Of The Contract Are Services Related To The Replacement Planting Of Trees With Follow-Up Care For 5 Years After Planting, Which Consists Of Watering, Pruning, Anchoring Of Stakes For 2 Years, Inspection Of Ties And Jute, Removal Of Jute, Stakes And Ties After Two Years. Tree Planting Was Ordered As Ecological Damage For Felled Trees. Replacement Planting Includes: - Planting Trees By 30 November 2024. The Species Composition And A More Detailed Description Is Also Given In The Specification For Replacement Planting (Appendix No. 4). Planting Must Be Consulted In Advance With The Customer Of These Services. After The Trees Have Been Planted, The Provider Will Ensure The Handover-Approval Of The Planted Trees To The Affected Municipalities, And A Handover And Acceptance Protocol Will Be Drawn Up For Acceptance, Which Will Then Be Handed Over To The Customer. After Planting, The Provider Will Hand Over Photo Documentation And A Map Of The Location Of The Planted Trees In The Cadastral Map (1X In Paper Form + 1X Digitally On A Data Carrier). Planting Includes Digging A Hole With Soil Replacement, Planting With A Bale Up To 40 Cm, Making A Trunk Cover, Fertilizing, Anchoring With Three Stakes, Making An Irrigation Bowl, Mulching With Bark In Thickness Up To 10 Cm, Incl. Transport Of Trees To The Planting Site. - Follow-Up Care For A Period Of 5 Years (At Least Twice A Year And Includes Watering, Adding Mulch, Weeding, Checking Ties (Including Repair Or Replacement, Cutting Treatment, Fertilizing, Removing Damaged Parts Of Trees, Mowing Around Plantings Up To 1 M, Checking Stakes (Including Repair, Replacement Or Removal Of Damaged Or No Longer Needed Stakes), Inspection Of The Guard (Including Repair, Replacement Or Removal), Replacement Of Damaged Or Dead Trees, Treatment Of Mechanical Damage) For 47 Trees In The Municipality Of Třineca Care For A Period Of 3 Years.Determining The Place Of Planting, Including The Specification Of The Tree, Is Given In Appendix No. 5 Service Price Breakdown. - Follow-Up Care Of The Bushes Is Not Part Of The Offer (It Will Be Provided By The Municipality). Before Starting The Planting, The Contractor Will Discuss The Exact Location Of The Planting With The Environmental Authority Of The Relevant Municipality.
