The Contract Includes All Supplies, Methods, Handling And Transport Necessary For The Complete Execution Of The Services Detailed In Article 2 Of The Cctp. Maintenance Operations And Interventions On Sports Fields With Synthetic Turf Covering Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Afnor Standards In Force, In Particular With The Nf P 90-112 Standard Concerning Large-Scale Synthetic Turf Playgrounds - Conditions Of Implementation , And Following The Recommendations Of The Sports Federations Concerned. The Contract Is A Composite Price Framework Agreement. It Is Processed Partly At Unit Prices For The Services Listed In The Unit Price Schedule (B.P.U.: Appendix 1 To The Commitment Document) And Partly At Fixed Prices For The Services Listed In The Breakdown Of Global And Fixed Prices (D.P.G.F.: Appendix 2 To The Act Of Commitment). Amount And Estimate: Given The Uncertain Volume Of Services To Be Ordered, The Contract Is A Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Which Is Executed Using Single-Awardee Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Order Thresholds To Be Taken, For All Services, Are As Follows: - No Minimum Annual Amount; - Maximum Annual Amount: 300,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. The Maximum Amount Indicated Above Does Not Correspond To The Order Estimate Provided By The Contracting Authority. As An Estimate, The Contracting Authority Could Order Up To 200,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax In Services Per Year (For All Services).
