The Dms Should Cover The Following Functional Needs: 1) The Capture, Filing, Storage And Deletion Of Digital Documents And Data According To Legal, Tax And Data Protection Retention And Deletion Periods In The Sense Of Consistent Electronic File Management. 2) Workflow Management Functionalities To Digitally Map The Exchange Of Documents And Information Within The Organization In The Sense Of Consistent Electronic Process Processing. 3) Form Management Functionalities So That The Administrations Different Customer Groups Can Start The Service Processes Via Digital Applications And Transmit Information And Evidence To The Organization. The Procurement Should Be Carried Out For The Client As A Software-As-A-Service Solution In Cloud Operation And, In Addition To The Delivery Of The System, Also Includes Implementation For The Client In A Number Of Specified Use Cases, Target Group-Specific User Training And System Services For The Productive Start. From Todays Perspective, The Project Should Start Within 4 Weeks Of The Award Of The Contract Through The Start Of Joint Project Planning By The Project Management On The Client And Contractor Side. The Bidder Undertakes To Ensure The Start Of The Project With The Entire Project Team In The Form Of A Kick-Off Event Within 6 Weeks Of The Award Of The Contract. From The Start Of The Project, The Ag Expects A Project Duration Of 24 Months For The Complete Production Of The Services Advertised Here. Maintenance And Support Services (System Service) Are Also The Subject Of This Procurement. The System Service Begins With The Operational Readiness* Of The First System Component. After The Entire System Has Been Created, The System Service Has A Term Of Up To 120 Months. In Addition To The Aforementioned Services, The Contractor Provides The Client With Further Services In Connection With The Overall System In Accordance With A Framework Agreement To Be Concluded: - Further Development And Optimization Of The Overall System - Adaptation Of The Overall System To Changes In The System Environment, In Particular Connection To New Additional Systems Of The Client - Individual Training - Advice In Connection With The Overall System The Volume Of These Services Is A Maximum Of 400 Person-Days.
