The Aim Of The Tender Initiated Is To Conclude A Framework Contract For The Consulting, Delivery, Integration And Operation Of The Advertised Data Management Solution Along With The Associated Services Based On The Contract Documents As Software As A Service (Saas) On The Basis Of An Evb-It Cloud Contract. A Data Management System (Hereinafter: Dms) Must Be Offered To Lsb Employees In Accordance With The Service Description. Around 200 Concurrent Users Are Required. A Contract Is Advertised With An Economic Operator With A Basic Term Of Two (2) Years With The Possibility For The Client To Extend The Framework Contract Twice By Twelve Months. The Maximum Term Is Therefore Four (4) Years. The Contracting Authority, Client And Therefore Contractual Partner Of The Future Contractor Is The Landessportbund Niedersachsen E. V.
