Installation Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Equipment – Renewal Of The Discussion System In The Plenary Hall Of The North Rhine-Westphalia State Parliament. Description Of Services, Task The New Conference System Should At Least Technically Prepare And Structurally And Mechanically Integrate The Electronically Supported Implementation Of Votes, Including The Existing Identification Feature. The Functionality Must Be Implemented In Such A Way That The User Can Easily Activate Or Deactivate The Voting Function. The Combination Of Software And Hardware Must Make It Technically Possible To Carry Out Mobile Votes In The State Parliaments Own Wireless Network Using Devices That Have Been Previously Registered And Set Up. The Procurement Of Devices Or The Ordering Of Device-Specific Software/Platform Itself Is Not Part Of This Tender. The Overall Design Of The Conference System Must Enable Easy Configurability And Storage Of Settings For Preparation By Holding Various Types Of Events. These Settings Must Be Able To Be Carried Out By The User, Apart From The Fact That The Initial Setup Includes The Basic Setup And Preparation Of Some Common Forms That Are Already Known Today.
