Interpreting Services – Interpreting And Translation Services For The Pays De La Loire Region. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide Translation And Interpreting Services For The Pays De La Loire Region. The Services Requested From The Holder Are As Follows: - Translation And Complete Correction Of Technical And Official Documents From French Into A Foreign Language And Vice Versa; - Consecutive, Whispered And/Or Simultaneous Interpreting From French Into A Foreign Language And Vice Versa; - Provision Of The Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Oral Interpreting Services (Consecutive, Whispered Or Simultaneous). The Services Mainly Take Place In Pays De La Loire And May Occasionally Take Place In Mainland France. The Specifics Of The Framework Agreement Are Detailed In The Specifications Of Special Clauses. The Framework Agreement Takes Effect From The Date Of Notification. It Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months, Renewable 3 Times By Tacit Agreement For A Further Period Of 12 Months Without Its Duration Being Able To Exceed 48 Months. Where Applicable, The Buyer Makes A Written Decision Not To Renew The Framework Agreement At Least 3 Months Before The Anniversary Date Of Notification Of The Framework Agreement To The Holder. In The Event Of Non-Renewal, The Holder Will Not Be Able To Claim Any Compensation. This Framework Agreement May Be Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders On The Basis Of The Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule. The Framework Agreement May Also Be Executed Through Subsequent Contracts Which May Be: - Either At A Global And Fixed Price; - Either At Unit Prices; - Or At Mixed Prices. This Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. The Minimum And Maximum Cumulative Amounts Of Orders And Subsequent Contracts That Can Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Are Defined As Follows: - Minimum Amount: €10,000 Excluding Vat Per Period Of 12 Months - Maximum Amount: €160,000 Excluding Vat Per Period Of 12 Months Only The Minimum Amount Commits The Administration.
