The Subject Of The Order Will Be Financed From The Funds Of The Project Entitled Shaping Neighborhoods And Co-Creating Thriving Local Communities In The Context Of A 15-Minute City [Enact 15Mc] Financed By The National Center For Research And Development, Selected As Part Of The Dut Call 2022 Competition. Project Financing Agreement Number: Dut/2022/8/Enact 15Mc/ 2024.2. Code According To Cpv: 323220006 Multimedia Devices, 34150000-3 Simulators3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Gdańsk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Architecture, Ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, Main Building Room 414.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Any Physical Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use And Not Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order For At Least 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, Without Any Comments.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Applies To All Parts Of The Order).7. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
