The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Readings Of Thermal Energy Measuring Devices, I.E. Heat Meters, Heat Meters Located On Logotherms, Heat Allocators And Hot Water Meters, Twice A Year In Accordance With The Billing Period, 2) Settlement Of The Costs Of Thermal Energy Consumption For The Purposes Of Central Heating And For Heating Cold Water Based On The Readings Of Measuring Devices, 3) Taking Control Readings And Sealing Measuring Devices After Starting The Heat Supply From The Municipal Network In Buildings Where The Heating Sources Were Replaced (Newly Powered), Based On The Ordering Partys Order , 4) Performing Control Readings In Special Situations With Emergency Sealing Of Measuring Devices, Based On The Ordering Partys Order
