The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Transcribe The Debates And Meetings Organized By The Pays De La Loire Region. These Services Include In Particular The Meetings Of The Regional Council (Cr) And The Regional Economic, Social And Environmental Council (Ceser) (Referred To As “Level 1 Services” In The Rest Of The Document), Institutional Meetings And Debates On Current Issues Organized By The Region Within The Framework Of Its Powers (Referred To As “Level 2 Services” In The Rest Of The Document). The Specifics Of The Framework Agreement Are Detailed In The Specifications Of Special Clauses. The Framework Agreement Takes Effect From The Date Of Notification To The Holder. It Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months, Renewable 3 Times By Tacit Agreement For A Further Period Of 12 Months Without Its Duration Being Able To Exceed 48 Months. Where Applicable, The Buyer Makes The Decision In Writing Not To Renew The Contract Or Framework Agreement At Least 3 Months Before The Anniversary Date Of Notification Of The Framework Agreement To The Holder. In The Event Of Non-Renewal, The Holder Will Not Be Able To Claim Any Compensation. This Framework Agreement Is Mixed (Article R2162-3 Of The Public Procurement Code); It Can Therefore Be Carried Out By Means Of Purchase Orders On The Basis Of The Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule But Also By Means Of Subsequent Contracts Which May Be: - Either At A Global And Fixed Price; - Either At Unit Prices; - Or At Mixed Prices. This Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. The Minimum And Maximum Cumulative Amounts Of Orders And Subsequent Contracts That Can Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Are Defined As Follows: - Minimum Amount: 10,000 Euros Excluding Vat For 12 Months - Maximum Amount: 50,000 Euros Excluding Vat For 12 Months . The Unit Prices Appear On The Unit Price Schedule. Only The Minimum Amount Commits The Administration.
