The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Equipment For The Purpose Of Conducting Cultural Education At The Municipal Center For Culture, Sports And Recreation In Pawłów (Pawłów 45, 27-225 Pawłów). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Set Of Theater And Cinema Seats. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete And Unused, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions Or Fairs, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. The Equipment Must Comply With The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. It Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Standards Specified In Applicable Law. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Delivery Of The Equipment To The Ordering Party And Is Responsible For The Subject Of The Contract (Risk Of Loss, Damage, Etc.) Until Its Receipt By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Full Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt. The Final Subject Of The Contract. Extension Of Min. The Guarantee And Warranty Period Constitutes A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Ordering Party Requires A Site Inspection Of The Subject Of The Order For Contractors Interested In Submitting An Offer. The On-Site Visit Is Intended To Familiarize The Contractor With The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Conditions For Its Implementation. Each Contractor Should Arrange The Date Of The On-Site Visit Individually With The Contact Persons Indicated In The Swz, Bearing In Mind That Visits Can Only Be Carried Out In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Employees. And On Dates Agreed In Advance. An On-Site Visit Can Only Take Place Before The Scheduled Deadline For Submitting Offers. People Who Come For An On-Site Visit Are Required To Have An Id Document With Them. A Protocol Signed By The Parties Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit, Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit (The Protocol Template Is An Annex To The Swz). The Cost Of The On-Site Visit (Related To Travel To The Site, Using Own Employees, Etc.) And Responsibility For The Interpretation Of The Content Information Obtained And Other Consequences Of The On-Site Visit Are Borne By The Contractors Themselves. Failure To Participate In The Contractors On-Site Visit Results In Rejection Of His Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.
