On The Lyon Métropole Habitat Heritage Site. 79 Facilities In 49 Residences In The Park. It Includes: 1/ The Annual Flat-Rate Service Which Includes: - The Functional Control Of Playgrounds, Sports Fields, Ping-Pong Tables, Their Equipment, And Their Immediate Environment (Floors, Fences, Gates, Plants, Etc.) ; - Preventive Maintenance Of Installations, Namely The Execution Of Preventive Maintenance And Upkeep Work On Games, Floors And Information Elements As Well As The Application Of Standards On Play Areas Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 2/ The Following One-Off Services At Unit Prices: - Corrective Maintenance - Urgent Interventions
