Pursuant To Art. 193 Of The Water Law (Wa), Public Relations Related To Water Supply And Sewerage Services, The Subject Of This Procurement, Are Governed By The Law On The Regulation Of Water Supply And Sewerage Services (Wawa) And Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of The Water Law. Pursuant To Art. 198 O, Paragraph 1 Of The Civil Code, The Management, Maintenance And Operation Of Water Supply Systems And Facilities, As Well As The Provision Of Water Supply Services To Users For A Fee, Are Carried Out By Water Supply Operators In Accordance With The Order Of The Civil Code And The Zrvku, As Paragraph 2 Regulates, That Within The Boundaries Of A Designated Territory, Only One Water Supply Operator Can Carry Out The Activities Under Paragraph 1.
