The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build System: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Commune Of Magnuszew. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants (Pboś) Complying With The Pn-En 12566-3+A2:2013 Standard In The Commune. Magnuszew In The Amount Of 100 Sets Of Installations. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of A Biological Sewage Treatment Plant With Sanitary Sewage Connections From A Residential Building, A Treated Sewage Receiver, Electrical Power Supply, Technical And Technological Commissioning. The Contractor Should Prepare Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Permit To Perform The Works. After Obtaining The Required Consents And Permits, The Contractor Will Deliver And Install, Together With Commissioning, 100 Sets Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants And Sewage Pumping Stations, If Necessary For Proper Operation. The Investment Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Consents, Decisions, Permits, Permits, Taking Into Account The Intended Purpose And Functions Of The Planned Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.
