1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Tickets For Foreign Air/Rail/Bus Transport Along With Travel Insurance, As Well As The Reservation And Sale Of Hotel Rooms For The Needs Of The General Directorate Of State Forests. 2. Within A Period Of 24 Months, The Ordering Party Envisages The Purchase Of: A) Foreign Flights, Including: - Up To 45 Flights On Foreign Routes Warsaw-Brussels-Warsaw; - Up To 50 Flights On Foreign Routes Warsaw - European Union Countries - Warsaw; - Up To 15 Flights On Foreign Routes Warsaw-Europe (Non-Eu Countries)-Warsaw;- Up To 12 Flights On Non-European Routes;- Up To 20 Flights On Domestic Routes (Only If It Is Necessary To Change In Poland On A Foreign Route).B) Up To 30 Foreign Rail Journeys,C ) Up To 170 Nights In Foreign Hotels (Facility Standard: At Least Three Stars), D) Up To 10 Bus Trips Abroad.3. The Ordering Party Will Use The Above-Mentioned. Services Depending On Your Actual Needs. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order Successively On The Basis Of Individual Orders Placed By The Ordering Party.4. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference.
