The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Service Of Organizing The Final Sports Competition Of The Xxvii National Sports And Recreation Spartakiad Of Krus Employees Along With The Service Of Renting Premises In The Field Of Accommodation With Meals And The Rental Of Sports Facilities With Referee And Medical Services. 2. Accommodation, Catering And Sports Facilities -Recreational Area Must Be Located In One Area, Constituting A Complex. The Sports Center/Complex Must Be Located Away From Urban Centers. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Contract (Chapter Ii Of The Swz).4 Persons. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Final Number Of Spartakiada Participants May Change, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Notified No Later Than 14 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Spartakiada. 5. The Competition Is Held In Accordance With The Regulations Constituting Appendix 5 Of The Contract. 6 A Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, Were Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract In §4 - Chapter Ii Swz.7. The Requirements For Verifying The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract And The Resulting Sanctions Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
