The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Implementation, Based On It, Of The Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant Outside The Chociwel Agglomeration, Enabling Sewage Collection (In The Town Of Karkowo), Its Purification And Discharge Into The Environment In Accordance With Applicable Law, As Well As Renovation/Modernization Of The Existing Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Karkowo. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: (1) Development Of Design Documentation, Including: (A) The Concept Of Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant And Its Agreement With The Ordering Party, (B) A Multi-Discipline Construction Design For A Sewage Treatment Plant, (C) Multi-Discipline Executive Designs ( Technical) To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works By The Contractor, (2) Obtaining, At The Contractors Expense, On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Necessary Consents, Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary To Obtain A Final Decision On A Building Permit And Report The Implementation Of Works (Renovation ) And Other Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project Listed In The Functional And Utility Program And Required By Law (3) Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works With Delivery Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment, (4) Performance Of Final Tests, (5) Start-Up Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, (6) Obtaining All Necessary And Legally Required Permits, Including Possible Occupancy Permit Decisions, Necessary For The Use Of Completed Facilities, (7) Exercising Authors Supervision By Designers Who Are The Authors Of The Construction Design, (8) Preparing Acceptance Documentation Of As-Built Investment, Including The Sewage Treatment Plant Operating Instructions Sewage In Terms Of Technology And Occupational Health And Safety. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Approved Design Documentation And The Material And Financial Schedule For The Investment Approved By The Ordering Party: (1) Renovation Of Existing Sanitary Sewage Equipment, Including: (A) Repair Of Sanitary Sewage Pipes ( B) Repair Of Sewage Wells, Including Repair Of Bases In Wells (2) Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant, Including: (A) Liquidation Of The Existing Imhoff Settling Tank (B) Construction Of A Biological Sewage Treatment Process Line With An Electrical Power Supply System And Control (C) Construction Necessary Linear Facilities In The Form Of A Sanitary Sewage Network Supplying Raw Sewage To The Treatment Plant And Discharging Purified Sewage From The Treatment Plant To The Receiver And Power Installations (D) Construction Of Hardened Surfaces Made Of Paving Stones To The Necessary Extent Enabling Access To The Treatment Plant From Public Roads And To Individual Facilities Of The Treatment Plant (E ) Construction Of A Fence For The Treatment Plant, Elements Necessary For The Proper Funct
