The Task Titled Delivery Of A Tractor And Municipal Machines And Equipment For The Needs Of The Dąbrowa Białostocka Commune. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: • An Agricultural Tractor, • A Snow Plow, • A Tandem Side Trailer, • A Trailed Sweeper, • A Saw For Cutting Branches, • A Multifunctional Boom ,• Mowing Head,• Milling Head. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz And Annex No. 1.3 To The Swz.3) The Items Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Delivery Items Must Be Unused And Technically Complete. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Completed And Ready For Use Without The Need For Additional Purchases.4) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Tractor And Municipal Machines And Equipment To The Address Of The Municipal Office In Dąbrowa Białostocka, Ul. Solidarności 1, 16 - 200 Dąbrowa Białostocka.5) The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Tractor And Municipal Machines And Equipment Along With Full Technical And Operational Documentation And A Spare Parts Catalog In Polish.6) The Ordering Party Requires Training Of The Ordering Partys Employee In The Operation Of The Delivered Tractor And Machines. And Municipal Equipment.7) The Ordering Party Requires That Warranty Service And Inspections During The Warranty Period Be Performed At The Place Of Parking Of The Tractor And Municipal Machines And Equipment Free Of Charge (Including Service Travel), With The Exception Of Consumables Subject To Periodic Replacement.8) Basic Requirements For The Tractor And Machines And Municipal Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Are Described In The Technical Specification Form For The Tractor And Municipal Machines And Equipment, Constituting Annex No. 1.3 To The Swz.9) The Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Reports Allowing For Sale And Use In The Area Rp.
