Public Transport Services By Railways – Concession Vechtdal Lines 2028-2043. The Vechtdal Lines Concession Starts On December 10, 2028 And Has A Term Of 15 Years (Until December 2043). The Vechtdal Line Concession Consists Of Two Train Services, Namely The Almelo-Hardenberg Train Service And The Zwolle-Emmen Train Service. The Zwolle-Emmen Train Service Is Already An Electrified Route. The Almelo-Hardenberg Train Service Will Be Electrified At The Start Of The Concession (December 2028). The Provincial Executive Of Overijssel And Drenthe Are Responsible (Each For Its Territory) For The Concession Vechtdal Lines. This Concession Is Being Tendered Through A Public European Procedure.
