Natural Gas – Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Purchasing Group Of The Zamości Municipality. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Purchasing Group Of The Zamości Municipality For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of An Agreement Containing Provisions For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. 2. The Commune Of Zamość And The Entities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Form Of An Open Tender For The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Metane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of The Purchasing Group Of The Municipality Of Zamości For The Facilities Indicated In The Appendix . No. 1 To Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing Provisions. Detailed Information On Concluding Contracts By The Commune And Its Organizational Units Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Acts On Its Own Behalf And On The Basis Of The Signed Agreement (Agreement Available For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Registered Office), On Behalf Of: • Jabłonna Commune • Komarów Osada Commune • Krasnobród Commune • Łabunie Commune • Stary Zamość Commune As Well As With The Organizational Units Indicated Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Order - Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz: 1) The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2026 Is 13,839,680.00 Kwh.
