This Contract Is A Concession Contract Within The Meaning Of Article L1121-1 Of The Public Order Code. Its Execution Is Governed By This Contract And By The Provisions Of Articles L3131-1 To L3137-5 And R3131-1 To R3135-10 Of The Public Order Code. The University Hospital Of Bordeaux Entrusts The Concessionaire With The Provision Of Tv, Telephone And Internet Subscriptions To Patients With Provision Of Other Functions Likely To Be Of Interest To Patients Of All Ages Infrastructure And Equipment Of The Bordeaux University Hospital Are Made Available And Used By The Dealer As Is From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract An Indicative And Non-Exhaustive List Of The Equipment Made Available To The Dealer Is Attached In Annex 4 The Dealer Supplies And Installs The Other Equipment And Infrastructure Necessary Or Even Complementary To Ensure The Optimal Functioning Of The Services Which Proposes It In Its Technical Memorandum And Which It Operates Entirely At Its Own Expense And Risk The Concessionaire Will Renew As Necessary According To The Requirements Contained In This Contract The Equipment And Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Services Subject To This Contract The Concessionaire Is Bound Within The Framework Of The Obligations Imposed Under The Contract To An Obligation Of Result
