In The Implementation Of This Public Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Implementation Of The Cmr Of The Relevant Site, Related To The Implementation Of The Cmr For The Purpose Of Major Repair Of An Existing Sports Ground Located In Upi Vi-1961 For Site Of Education, Tp And Service Infrastructure, Quarter 16 According To The Microdistrict Plan In The City Of Varna (Pi 10135.3513.250). It Is Planned To Build And Equip The Following New Courts With Sports Facilities - A Basketball Court (30 X 16 M), Two Volleyball Courts (26 X 24 M) And A Table Tennis Court With 2 Pcs. Tables (7 X 9 M). 4.1. The Subject Scope Of The Award Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. The Project Development Should Include At Least The Following Parts: Part Architecture Part Constructive Part Geodesy Part Safety And Health Plan Part Construction Waste Management Plan Budget Documentation. Activity 2: Construction/Smr - According To The Approved Investment Project, Which Includes At Least The Following Smr: - Leveled Milling Of Existing Asphalt Pavement And Cleaning Of The Construction Site From Waste And Its Removal To A Landfill; - Bitumen Spill For Connection; - Delivery And Laying Of A Dense Asphalt Mixture With A Thickness Of 4 Cm; - Application Of Self-Leveling Acrylic 4-Layer Sports Flooring; - Drawing Out The Pitches. - Delivery And Installation Of Sports Equipment: 2 Pcs. Basketball Structures With A Backboard Equipped With A Ring And A Net; 2 Sets Of Volleyball Posts With Boots And Net; 2 Pcs. Tennis Tables With Net For Outdoor Play. - Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; - Compilation Of Construction Documents; - Elimination Of The Deficiencies Established During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; - Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Including The Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites . Activity 3: Authors Supervision - In Connection With The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project During The Execution Of The Smr, The Contractor, Through Separate Legal Persons, Authors Of The Applicable Project Documentation In Parts, Should Carry Out Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract.
