The Concession Concerns The Exercise Of The Following Activities: • Main Activity: Management Of The Municipal Swimming Pool • Secondary Activity: Management Of The Bar Located Within The Structure. The Recreational Sports Facility In Question Is One Of The Most Important Sports-Recreational Centers In The Province Where Swimming Is Practiced Both For Basic Activities At A Local Level And For Competitive Activities At A National And International Level. Over The Years The Structure Has Hosted Various Sporting Events Including Paralympic Championships. The Facility Is Located In A Strategic Position, Considering Both The Influx Of Users From Neighboring Municipalities And The Absence Of Another Swimming Facility Within A 24 Km Radius, Consequently Making It Attractive Also For Amateur/Sports Associations. The Structure Has A Useful Life Of 45 Years, During Which Various Ordinary And Extraordinary Maintenance Interventions Were Carried Out, Among Which The Most Notable One Will Begin In The Summer Of This Year, Through Important Extraordinary Maintenance Interventions, As Well As Interventions Useful For In Order To Adapt The Structure For Paralympic Events, Considering The Recognition Obtained From The Italian Paralympic Swimming Federation.
