Spa Services – Public Service Concession (Dsp) Relating To The Management And Operation Of The Léchère Thermal Baths. The Purpose Of The Public Service Delegation Type Concession Contract Is To Entrust The Delegate With The Management And Operation Of The Léchère Thermal Baths. The Delegatee Will Bear The Operating Risk. The Main Missions Assigned To The Delegate Within The Framework Of The Agreement Will Be The Following: - The Operation Of All The Installations Necessary For The Service Included Within The Scope Of The Public Service Delegation; - The Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Delegated Technical Installations; - Administrative, Human Resources, Financial And Commercial Management Of The Service; - The Completion Of All Investments Set Out In The Investment Plan, As Well As The Renewal Investments Necessary For The Maintenance And Development Of The Léchère Thermal Baths; - As Well As Any Additional Or Complementary Services Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Service
