The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Including: Architectural And Construction Design, Preparation Of An Application For Notification Of Works, Detailed Design (Type Of Materials, Technical Parameters, Etc.), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Decisions, Technical Opinions, Expert Opinions And Technical Tests And Covering Their Costs, Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit - If Required. B) Preparation Of Design Documentation In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements For The Order In Question Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Other Documents Of The Ordering Party, The Contract And The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, Consolidated Text), As Well As Compliance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards, Guidelines And Principles Of Technical Knowledge In Force In The Country. . Design Documentation Should Be Prepared By Authorized Engineers And Designers And Should Meet The Requirements Of The Functional And Utility Program. The Works Should Be Designed In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Employers Requirements, The Latest Engineering Practice And The Best Available Technology. Solutions Should Be Adopted To Ensure Simple, Reliable Operation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Long Term At The Lowest Operating Costs.
