4.2.1. Part 1 Orders: Delivery Of Furniture And Room Equipment. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The First Interior Furnishing Of The Kindergarten, Including, Among Others, Furniture Adapted To The Needs Of Children, Office Furniture, Room Decorative Articles, Carpets. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1.1 To Swz 4.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 4.3.1. Furniture And Equipment Used In Educational Institutions Must Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport On Safety And Hygiene In Public And Non-Public Schools And Institutions Of December 31, 2002 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1166, As Amended),4.3.2. Toys And Aids With Which Children Will Come Into Contact Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Finance Of October 20, 2016 On Requirements For Toys (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1260);4.3.3. The Delivery Item Should Be New, I.E. Unused Before Delivery, Free From Any Defects And Damage And Not Encumbered With Third Party Rights. Delivered To The Ordering Party In Original Factory Packaging, The Storage Of Which By The Ordering Party Is Not Required To Maintain The Granted Warranty, 4.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring, Set Up And Install, If Required, The Supplied Equipment During The Ordering Partys Working Hours. At Least One Day Before Delivery, The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party And Agree On The Date And Time Of Delivery With The Ordering Party, 4.3.5. Securing The Facility Against Damage During Deliveries, 4.3.6. Restoring The Equipped Building And The Area Around It To A Condition No Worse Than On The Day Of Commencement Of Delivery, Removing Any Damage, Dirt, Removing Packaging, Etc. - At Your Own Expense, In Advance Of Acceptance, 4.3.7. The Equipment Must Have Instructions In Polish, 4.3.8. Providing Service Within The Expected Remuneration, The Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor Or An Authorized Service Of The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Partner At The Place Of Use Of The Item, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Service Contact Numbers - Telephone, Fax, E-Mail Of The Company/Companies Responsible For Servicing Individual Elements Of The Order, 4.3 .9. If It Is Necessary To Send The Faulty Equipment For Repair Outside The Place Of Use, The Transport Costs Are Borne By The Contractor, 4.3.10. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Additional Remuneration For Delivery Supervision Until The Acceptance Protocol Is Signed, 4.3.11. Providing Acceptance Documentation /Approvals, Certificates, Signed Training Protocols, Etc./ And A Detailed List Of The Supplied Equipment Along With Unit Gross Prices And Net And Gross Values, As Well As Marking The Value Of Vat For Each Item /As A Necessary Condition For Acceptance/.
