Tenders Are Invited For Providing Hotel And Catering Services During A Convention Organized As Part Of The Project Entitled: Coordination Of Activities In The Field Of Social Policy - Rops Wsl
The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Provided By Establishments Offering Meals And Accommodation Regarding The Two-Day Convention Of Reintegration Social Economy Entities, Which Will Be Held From September 19 To 20, 2024. Or From September 26 To 27, 2024 (The Exact Date Will Be Agreed With The Selected Contractor Before Signing The Contract). A Maximum Of 60 Convention Participants Are Expected. The Service Includes: 1 Accommodation And Meals, Which Include: 1 Breakfast, 2 Lunches, 1 Integration Gala Dinner And 3 Coffee Breaks, As Well As Provision Of Training Facilities And Equipment During The Convention - 1 Conference Room With A Capacity Of At Least 60 People, Available In The First And Second Rooms Day Of The Convention And 2 Workshop Rooms Easily Accommodating At Least 30 People Each, Available On The Second Day Of The Convention.
