Provision Of Body Transport Services Commissioned By The District Prosecutors Office In Opoczno. The Scope Of Operation Of The District Prosecutors Office In Opoczno Covers The Following Communes: Aleksandrów, Białaczów, Drzewica, Mniszków, Opoczno, Paradyż, Poświatne, Sławno, Żarnów. In The Scope Of Transport Of Bodies, The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Arrival Within The Time Specified In The Offer, To The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor, A Vehicle Intended For Transporting The Body Along With The Staff; B) Packing The Body Into A Bag, Then Loading It Into A Car And Transporting It To A Cold Store. A Car For Transporting Corpses Should Be Adapted To Transport Human Corpses And Meet The Technical And Sanitary Requirements Specified In Specific Regulations; C) Provide Your Own Equipment, Protective Clothing, Disinfectants And Materials For Transporting Corpses (Body Bags, Stretchers, Gloves). As Well As Taking Other Actions Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Service. The Ordering Party Will Reimburse The Contractor For The Costs Of Transporting The Body (By The Shortest Possible Route) At The Rate Per One Kilometer Of The Actual Mileage Of The Vehicle, Calculated From The Contractors Headquarters To The Place Of The Event And From The Place Of Collection Of The Body To Its Storage In The Storage Room. Storing Corpses. The Lump Sum Includes The Cost Of Consumable Materials Needed To Perform The Service And Includes The Cost Of Purchasing: A Bag, Gloves And Disinfectants And All Other Costs Needed For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. In Terms Of Storing Corpses In A Cold Store, The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Accept And Store Corpses, As Well As Human Remains, Including Those In A State Of Significant Decomposition And Charred Until The Prosecutor Issues A Burial Permit; B) Providing A Room For Storing Corpses, Which Should Be Equipped With Specialized Cold Stores To Ensure Proper Execution Of The Order And Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements , Technical And Must Be Equipped With Appropriate, Specialized Equipment; C) Providing A Cold Storage Room For The Presentation Of Corpses For The Purpose Of Their Identification; D) Handing Over The Body For Burial, Which Will Take Place After The Completion Of The Autopsy Or Examination Of The Body And The Issuance Of An Appropriate Permit Or Decision By The Prosecutor Or Assessor Handling The Case. E) Handing Over The Body Only To Persons Authorized To Do So Reception.Attention. The Ordering Party Will Bear The Costs Of Storing The Body No Longer Than 24 Hours From The End Of The Autopsy/Inspection Of The Body. In Justified Cases, Such As Storing The Body Of An Unknown Person Or A Person Whose Family Is Being Searched, The Ordering Party Will Bear Further Costs Of Storing The Body Until The Prosecutor Or Assessor Handling The Case Issues A Burial Permit.
