Repair And Maintenance Services Of Furniture – Renovation Of Chairs In The Aula At Aarhus University. The Tender Concerns The Renovation Of 430 Chairs In The Aula - Buildings 1412 At Aarhus University. The Offer Includes An Option To Refurbish Up To 60 Additional Chairs + Option To Purchase Additional Coupling Fittings. Approx. 30 Chairs In The Option Are Delivered Without Coupling Fittings, See The Offer List. The Reason Why Coupling Fittings Have Been Included As An Option Is Due To The Material And Functional Requirements For The Fittings, Which May Require Special Adaptation To The Geometry Of The Existing Chairs. The Fitting Is Assumed To Be Tested By The Operating Staff In Accordance With The Approval Of The Test Benches. If, Contrary To Expectations, The Coupling Bracket Cannot Be Accepted, Alternative Brackets Will Be Included As The Clients Delivery. In Connection With The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Tenderer Gets 2 Chairs With Him, Which He Must Repair As An Outcome Requirement For The Carpentry And Upholstery Workers In The Remaining Delivery. The Chairs Are Assumed To Be Refurbished In Refurbishment Rounds, Where Before Each Round An Agreed Number Of Chairs Is Handed Over To The Tenderer, And Where This Number Is Delivered Back As A Partial Delivery. When Delivering A Partial Delivery, A Delivery Meeting Is Held, Where The Chairs Are Examined For Faults And Defects. Any Chairs With Errors Or Defects Are Retained By The Supplier, Who Corrects Errors And Defects At The Same Time As The Next Round Of Repairs. At The Last Repair Round, Any Errors And Deficiencies Must Be Rectified Within 4 Weeks. A Maximum Of 90 Chairs Can Be Delivered Per Renovation Round. A Maximum Of 8 Drop-Off Events Can Be Held In Relation To Partial Deliveries. In Addition, Receipt And Approval, If Applicable. Single Chairs After The Last Delivery Business. If The Option Is Used To Restore Up To A Further 60 Chairs, This Work Will Be Started After The Last Delivery Of The 430 Chairs. The Timetable For This Will Be Agreed Afterwards.
