1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Vss Video Monitoring System In The Building Of The Tax Office In Łódź, Located At Ul. Zamkowa 26. Building A Is A Two-Story Building With A Basement And Is Listed In The Register Of Monuments. Building B Is One-Story, Building C Is Three-Story, Building D Is Also Three-Story. Due To The Fact That The Building Is A Construction Object Entered In The Register Of Monuments, It Has Obtained A Building Permit To Perform The Works Covered By The Project. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Includes In Particular: Comprehensive Construction Of Low-Current Installations Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Building, Construction Of Cable Routes In The Form Of Pvc Strips, Arrangement Of Pipes And Cable Trays, Laying Of Cabling For Low-Current Installations In The Building, Installation, Commissioning, Programming And Checking The Installation Devices In The Building. All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Installation, Which Are The Subject Of The Technical Specification, Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Assumptions And Parameters Specified In This Technical Specification And In The Detailed Design Documentation. 2. The Order Includes The Installation Of The Vss System In Order To Improve The Security Of The Facility And To Obtain The Possibility Of Verifying Incidents And Possibly Obtaining Evidence. 3. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are As Follows: 1) Executive Design - Technical Design Of The Vss Video Monitoring System - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 2 To The Swz;4) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 3 To The Swz;5) Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed Within 10 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons (Manual Workers) Performing All Activities Involving The Direct Implementation Of The Works In Question. This Requirement Does Not Apply To Activities Related To The Management Of Works, Supervision Of The Works Being Carried Out And The Transport Of Materials And People To The Works Being Carried Out.
