4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Students To Schools And Kindergartens Run By The Kamionka Commune From September 2, 2024 To June 27, 2025, Based On Monthly Tickets.4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) The Estimated Total Number Of Children Transported To Schools, Kindergartens And Back Is 334 Per Day, Is Valid As Of The Date Of The Public Procurement Announcement And May Change During The School Year. 2) Routes For Transporting Students To And From Schools Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Contract.3) The Services Will Be Provided On School Days (With The Exception Of The Christmas Tree Party At The Primary School In Samoklęski And The School Complex In Kamionka).4) School Principals Are Obliged To Provide The Contractor With Name Lists Of Students Transported On Individual Routes .5) The Exact Number Of Ordered Monthly Tickets Will Be Indicated By The 20Th Day Of The Month Preceding A Given Month. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 433 Point 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum /Guaranteed/ Number Of Tickets Purchased Per Month Is: 100.6) The Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Personal Monthly Tickets Purchased By The Kamionka Commune - Local Government School Service Office.7) The Contractor Will Provide Care For Transported Students Through Constant Presence Of At Least One Guardian During Transport, The Scope Of The Guardians Duties Is Specified In § 2 Section 16 Of The Contract.8) Transporting Students From Discos Organized In The School Complex In Kamionka.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. After Concluding The Contract (The Contract Template Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz), It Will Constitute An Appendix To The Contract.
