The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of The Development Concept (Kr) Of The Energy Cluster Called Green Energy Cluster Bielsko-Biała (Hereinafter: Energy Cluster) In Accordance With The Current: 1) Guidelines Of The Regulations On The Selection Of Projects To Be Covered By Non-Repayable Support From The Development Plan Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Investment B2.2.2 Res Installations Implemented By Energy Communities, Measure A.1: Development Of Existing Energy Clusters - Annex No. 4 To The Swz;2) Annex No. 7 To The Regulations For Selecting Projects To Be Covered By Non-Repayable Support From The Development Plan Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Investment B2.2.2 Res Installations Implemented By Energy Communities Part A Pre-Investment Support - Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Cor Consists Of The Following Parts:I. Diagnosis;Ii. Estimated Model Of Operation Of The Energy Cluster; Iii. General Investment Plan (Opi);Iv. Detailed Pre-Investment Action Plan (Spdp).
