From 0.00 On Saturday Until 24.00 On Sunday And Holidays Falling By The End Of 2024 - In Accordance With The Act Of January 18, 1951 On Non-Working Days - From 0.00 On A Holiday Until 24.00 On A Holiday.4. Provision Of Dental Services (Dental Emergency Service) - After Prior Telephone Notification By The Patient At The Telephone Number Provided By The Contractor. 5. Place Of Providing The Service: Indicated By The Entity Providing Dental Services In The City Of Ełk.6. The Contractor Will Ensure Readiness To Appear At The Place Of Provision Of Services Specified In The Contract - Maximum Within 60 Minutes From Receiving The Telephone Notification.7. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Emergency Dental Assistance To Residents Of Ełk Who Require Immediate Assistance From A Dentist In The Field Of: A) Extraction (Tooth Removal), B) Application Of A Medical And Surgical Dressing, C) Taking An X-Ray, D) Temporary Filling The Canal,E) Rinsing The Gingival Pocket And Applying The Drug,F) Immobilizing The Teeth With A Wire Ligature,G) Incising The Abscess,H) Temporary Dressing Of The Broken Jaw,I) Repositioning And Immobilizing The Dislocation Of The Mandible,J) Anesthesia.8. A Resident Of The City Of Ełk Will Also Be Able To Use A Dental Service Provider In The Event Of Severe Toothache, Severe Gum Pain, Gum Swelling, Chipped Or Cracked Tooth.9. Residents Of The City Of Ełk Will Benefit From The Dental Service.10. The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference.
