Conditions And Scope Of Implementation Of Task 1: - The Contractor Should Provide A Technically Efficient Vehicle, Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Mark The Works Being Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, - The Time Of Commencement Of The Service Is Counted From The Contractors Reporting At The Ordering Partys Plant Or Directly On The Road In Place Of Service Provision And Does Not Include Travel And Return Time, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Tools And Equipment Necessary To Perform Works Related To The Current Maintenance Of Roads, Ordered By The Ordering Party - The Implementation Of The Works, As Part Of The Services Provided Which Are The Subject Of The Order, Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Rules Technical Knowledge, Due Care, Proper Organization, Safe, Good Quality And Aesthetic. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Available 24 Hours A Day, Have A Working And Active Mobile Phone And To Provide A Vehicle No Later Than 30 Minutes From The Moment Of Being Called By The Ordering Party In The Event Of Sudden Road Incidents, - Settlement Of The Services Provided Will Be Based On An Hourly Rate, Based On Time Cards Confirmed By The Ordering Partys Representative. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Żary District, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of Separate Orders. The Order May Be Submitted In Writing, By Fax Or By Telephone.
