1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Sports Hall At The School Complex In Raciąż.2. The Task Was Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture Under The Sportowa Polska Program - Program For The Development Of Local Sports Infrastructure - 2023 Edition.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Work: 1) Renovation Of The Halls Roof, Replacement Of Downpipes And Sheet Metal Work, 2) Renovation Of The Sports Hall By Casing Central Heating Pipes. Painting The Structure Of The Halls Girders, Installing Shut-Off Valves And Thermostats On Radiators,3) Renovation Of Bathrooms In The Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities - Replacing Tiles And Equipment,4) Renovation Of The Connector And Ramp For The Disabled,5) Installation Of A Pv Installation With Energy Storage And Electrical Accompanying Works,6 ) Hall Equipment - Including: Protective Carpet, Protective Nets, Handball Goals And Volleyball Posts.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Document: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 10 A To The Swz) And Design Documentation (Appendix No. 10 B To The Swz) And List Of Movable Equipment (Appendices No. 10C To The Swz).5. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Lists Included In The Bills Of Quantities Are Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Construction Work, Therefore The Bills Of Quantities Can Only Be Assigned The Nature Of An Auxiliary Document. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Construction Works That Are Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law, Standards, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Safety Regulations And Following The Instructions Of The Investors Supervision Inspector And In Accordance With Terms Of The Contract And The Submitted Offer. 7. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users. The Facility Was Designed To Adapt To The Needs Of Disabled People. Access To The Sports Complex Is Via The Existing Hardened Area With Slopes Not Exceeding 8%. There Is A Toilet Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People In The Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities. Construction Works Do Not In Any Way Worsen The Existing Conditions Of Access To Buildings For Disabled People.8.
