Sports Facilities Operation Services – Public Service Delegation Relating To The Management And Operation Of Sports And Leisure Equipment At The Moliets-Et-Maa Golf. The Joint Syndicate For The Development Of The Moliets-Et-Maâ Golf Course Entrusts The Delegate, Who Accepts It, With The Management And Operation Of The Public Service Of Sports And Leisure Facilities At The Moliets-Et-Maâ Golf Course As Well As The Carrying Out Of Network Renovation Works Watering Of The 9 And 18 Hole Courses And The Execution Of An Investment Plan With A View To Improving And Modernizing The Equipment Made Available. The Resources Derived From The Operation Of The Delegated Service Are Deemed To Enable The Delegate To Ensure, Over The Entire Duration Of The Agreement, The Financial Balance Of The Agreement, Including Its Fair Remuneration. A Grant Of A Maximum Of One Million Euros Will Be Paid To The Future Delegatee To Enable It To Finance Investments Relating To The Renovation Of The Watering Network Of The 18-Hole Course And The Overhaul Of The Network Of The 9-Hole Course. The Delegate Must Pay An Entry Fee, Under The Conditions Defined By The Draft Concession Contract. The Syndicat Mixte Wants Bidders To Respond In A Basic Offer To The Requirements Of The Specifications For A Contract Execution Period Of 15 Years. Bidders Must Justify, For This Basic Offer, The Investments, The Amortization Of Which Is Envisaged Over The Duration Concerned, Relating To The Improvement And Modernization Of The Delegated Works Of The Golf Course And To The Renovation Of The Watering Network Of The 18-Hole Course And The Overhaul Of The Network Of The 9-Hole Course. The Syndicat Mixte Also Wishes That Bidders Must Meet The Requirements Of These Specifications For The Duration Of The Contract Of 18 Years. Bidders Must Justify, For This Variant, The Investments, The Amortization Of Which Is Envisaged Over The Duration Concerned, Relating To The Improvement And Modernization Of The Delegated Works Of The Golf Course And To The Renovation Of The Watering Network Of The 18-Hole Course And The Overhaul Of The Course Network. 9 Holes.
