The Kainuu Welfare Area Is Requesting An Offer For Primary Care Mammography Examinations Regarding Statutory Age-Based Mammography Screening Scans And Follow-Up Scans Of Breast Cancer Patients With A Separate Referral In The Kainuu Welfare Area. Other Relative Mammography Examinations Are Excluded From The Tender Request. Contract Period 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2026. The Customer Reserves The Options For The Years 2027 And 2028. The Customer Makes A Decision On Using The Option No Later Than Six Months Before The End Of The Original Contract Period. The Mammography Examinations That Are The Subject Of The Tender Request Are Described In The Procurement Object Criteria Section. Research Is Carried Out In Kajaani, Kuhmo And Suomussalmi. In The Puolanga Area, Social And Health Services Have Been Outsourced From 1 January 2022 To 31 December 2025, The Contract Includes The Option Of A Two-Year Option Period Until 31 December 2027. Puolanka Is Not Involved In The Acquisition. The Shootings That Are The Subject Of This Purchase Will Be Performed At The Shooting Location Indicated By The Service Provider In Kajaani, Kuhmo And Suomussalmi. Customers Of Hyrynsalmi And Suomussalmi Are Invited To The Filming In Suomussalmi. The Service Provider Is Responsible For Organizing The Facilities And Data Communication, Including Costs. Screening Studies Are Stored In The Subscribers Digital Image Archive After The Producer Sends Them There Electronically. The Shipment Takes Place At The Latest After The End Of The Contract Period. The Service Provider Must Have An Electronic Patient Information System And It Must Have Either A Ready Or Buildable Electronic Referral-Feedback Connection (Referrals And Statements) To The Patient Information System Of The Kainuu Welfare Area, So That Imaging Examinations With Statements Can Be Archived In The Kanta-Services Kainuu Hva Register. If The Service Provider Does Not Have An Electronic Referral-Feedback Integration Ready And It Will Be Built, The Parties Are Responsible For The Costs Arising From The Ordering Of The Commissioning Work And The Commissioning For Their Own Information System Integrations. Currently, The Data Is Stored In The Patient Information System Of The Screening Producer, The Optomed/Mis Program, And The Data Is Not Transferred From There To Kanta Or Lifecare. Mis Is Screening Software, Not A Patient Information System. In 2023, The Number Of Descriptions Was Approximately 5,000. The Kainuu Welfare Area Requires The Service Provider To Follow The Valid Recommendations Of The Breast Cancer Screening Quality Manual (Appendix).
